Hunting for eggs

After church, we headed over to my parent's house and the kids hunted for eggs in the backyard. They had to search quickly because the squirrels were taking the eggs away faster than the kids could grab them up.

Happy Easter

Brigitta and I all dressed up for church on Easter Sunday. Scott didn't go with us, he was home with a wicked sinus infection.

Dyeing Easter Eggs

*Blogger is not letting me post by the pictures, sorry!*

This was back in April, the weekend of Easter when we went over to my parent's house to dye eggs with the twins. The first picture is Brigitta 'fishing' in my parent's driveway before coloring eggs. Each kid had their own coloring station and even attempted writing on the eggs with crayons.

New Playset

Back in April, Scott put up a new playet for Brigitta. The first picture is our 'before' shot and what that spot looked like. It just had a sandbox and a slide for our poor little girl to play on.

The second shot is our 'after' shot that shows the new playset. She was very excited and loves it!

Wedding

Momma and B - about the nicest picture that turned out.
Wedding party - getting the flowergirls situated
Can you tell I'm pregnant? The dresses seem to conceal any bump, thankfully! :)

Flower Girl

On March 12th, B and I were both part of a beautiful wedding. She, of course, was an adorable flower girl and I was a bridesmaid. This was B's first time in a wedding and she did okay. It didn't help that the day prior she broke out in hives, so we spent the morning of the wedding at the walk-in clinic to get a clear diagnosis of why she was breaking out in hives. Turns out, she is allergic to yet another antibiotic. Sweet.

February Snow

A little out of order, but back in February we got some snow and here are some pics of our backyard on our days off from school and carless. :)

First Haircut

A few weeks ago in early March, we took Brigitta in for her first haircut. The purpose of the haircut was two fold. One, she was a flower girl in a wedding the following Saturday and two, her hair was just getting too long and unruly. And, she wouldn't let Scott or I do anything to it to keep it out of her face.
We found a cute little salon in downtown Snohomish and B was in heaven. She got to watch a Princess movie and sit in a racecar.

Weekend Relaxation

This past weekend, Brigitta was apparently a little worn out from her week. She curled up with her blanket, pillow and snack while watching a movie.

more party

She absolutely loves jumping, as evident here with this bouncy toy.

*notice the red face - yes, she had a great time at the party and slept very good that night!

Little Gym Party

This past weekend, we were invited to Haylie's 2nd birthday party and The Little Gym in Lynnwood. Brigitta loved running around, jumping, rolling and climbing on everything.

NYE 2010

This NYE we spent the evening over on Bainbridge Island at the Shutt household. It ended up being a mini-Castle Girl reunion minus Dr. Buck. (we missed you Kristen)

Ladies trying to pose for a picture minus Truman and Brigitta

*Sarena holding Eben, Mairead, Kendra holding Anika, KBO and Lisa holding Rosalie* (these beautiful babes all belong to Sar)

The men of the group - Jason, Brian, Scott and Ed - we figured if we were getting a lady picture, we should get a guy group shot as well. :)
It was a fabulous night, thank you Shutt's for hosting all of us and your new home is absolutely beautiful! Leedle and Brian thanks for making the trek up from Cali - it was so wonderful to see you again!

In the butterfly house, B was not so much of a fan, she screamed when the butterflies came near her.
