Snow in March???

Saturday night when we were heading to bed, I looked out the window and saw this! Enormous flakes coming down like a rain storm. The street, lawns and cars were quickly covered in 2-3 inches of snow. Thankfully, by the morning, the streets were clear.

Yummy!!

I introduced sweet potatoes into B's diet this weekend and she absolutely loved them! She is protesting a bit to the rice cereal and single grain baby oatmeal, so we are bypassing those foods for a bit and moving onto veggies. Next up...carrots and then applesauce!

Stare down

B and Lena inspecting one another. Brigitta absolutely LOVES Lena. Whenever I ask her, "where's Lena, where's kitty-kitty?" She will look and when she spots Lena a HUGE smile comes across her face. B loves petting Lena and pulling on her tail. For the most part, Lena is very tolerant of Brigitta and will get up and leave when she is done. I think they will become the best of friends...at least for now!

Sitting Up!

Our big girl is sitting up on her own now and loving it! We just put out a variety of toys and she has many minutes to hours of entertainment right in her lap.

We were trying to get some pics of B's Easter dress and with the twins. These are the best we could get!

The twins got some magnetic shapes in the Easter baskets this year and here they are sorting and putting them on the dishwasher.

Happy Birthday Lena!

Our adorable, wonder kitty Lena is 2 years old today! HAPPY BIRTHDAY LENA!!

And no, she doesn't sleep in the crib anymore. This was pre-Brigitta.

Early morning

I took these pics during breakfast this morning. Brigitta is sitting with her daddy while playing a spoon (her new favorite toy). I like the last pic, looks to be a little too early in the morning for our sweet girl!

And, Brigitta finally rolled from her back to tummy this morning!! Hooray!!

More cereal

Rice Cereal

Brigitta eating rice cereal for the first time. She turned 6 months old over a week ago, so last Saturday we tried rice cereal. She has been interested in our eating and drinking and loves to play with spoons, so we figured it was time to try foods. So far, she has enjoyed it!

Bath time

B enjoying a recent bath. She loves to suck on the washcloth, so she gets one while we give her a bath. She loves bath time and has recently discovered how fun it is to splash around in the water.

5 months plus...

Here are some long overdue pics of baby Brigitta. This was when she was about 5 to 51/2 months old. And, the first time she really sat in her highchair. Looks like she enjoys it!

Twins

Angelina "talking" on G'ma's phone. She babbled on and on for several minutes and would not give up the phone when asked. Such a girl!
